We understand the frustrations that come with medical billing – providers spending hours on paperwork instead of patient care, and families left confused by denied claims, underpayments, and unexpected medical bills.
A Simple Billing Services was created to change that.
The company was built on the belief that providers and families deserve knowledgeable support, clear communication, and a strong advocate when navigating the complexities of insurance billing.
Healthcare billing is constantly evolving. Payer policies, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines from government programs, commercial insurers, and state and federal agencies change frequently. Our approach focuses on helping providers remain compliant while ensuring claims are submitted accurately and followed through to appropriate reimbursement.
About Guadalupe Marino
Founded by Guadalupe Marino, CPC, CPB, we have over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, credentialing and patient advocacy.
Guadalupe also has experience working with NYC Department of Education (DOE) related services billing and Early Intervention (EI) provider billing, supporting therapy providers delivering services to children through school-based and early childhood programs.
Her goal is to help providers reduce administrative burden, remain compliant with evolving healthcare regulations, and focus on what matters most – patient care.
In addition, she teaches the AAPC billing & coding curriculum and provides review sessions to help students prepare for certification exams and successfully enter the medical billing and coding profession.
